We help students with:

We are not the owner or management of any college or university.

Final admission approval, fee structure, rules, and regulations are decided only by the respective college or university.

2. FEES AND PAYMENTS

• College fees, hostel fees, exam fees, university fees, and other charges are decided directly by the respective institutions.
• CollegesForYou.com does not independently decide or increase college fees.
• We do not charge hidden fees from students.
• In most cases, our service commission is paid by the college, not by the student.

Some institutions may have separate donation or institutional charges according to their own policies. Such matters are fully under the control of the respective institution.

3. ADMISSION BOOKING AMOUNT

To confirm a seat, some colleges may request an initial admission booking amount or registration fee.

Please note:

• Admission booking amounts or registration fees are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Students are requested to confirm their decision carefully before paying any booking amount.

4. ADMISSION CANCELLATION POLICY

Students are free to cancel their admission after taking admission if they change their decision.

Before the university admission closure process is completed, students may usually discuss cancellation directly with the college management.

If original certificates were submitted, we will try our maximum effort to help students communicate with the college and support them in retrieving documents according to institutional rules.

However, students should clearly understand an important point:

Most nursing and professional course admissions are processed under universities such as Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) or other universities.

The university admission closure process usually happens after classes begin, often within one or two months after the course starts.

Once the university officially closes admissions for that academic year:

• Colleges may not be able to replace cancelled seats with another student.
• Cancellation may become difficult or restricted according to university and college regulations.
• Students may become responsible for paying full or partial course fees as per institutional policy.

This happens because the seat remains blocked under the student’s name after university closure.

Therefore, students are strongly advised to make final decisions carefully before submitting original certificates and completing admission formalities.

5. COLLEGE VISITS AND VERIFICATION

We strongly recommend students and parents visit colleges personally before confirming admission.

Our team may assist students in:

• Visiting campuses
• Meeting management or principals
• Understanding facilities and hostel conditions
• Clarifying course-related doubts

We also recommend students not to depend completely on social media videos, online promotions, or third-party opinions while selecting colleges.

Direct verification is always recommended.

• KNC (Karnataka Nursing Council)
